How to Order and Pay For XPortraits Prepaid Products

• Completing the XPortraits Photo Request form gives XPortraits the information it needs in order to photograph your athlete: event date/time, location, uniform number, and position(s) played.
• XPortraits will send a follow up email that confirms we received your request and forwards a PayPal link so you can purchase the pre-paid product of your choice before the event (see below). The total will include CA Sales tax for CA residents and a $7.50 mailing fee.
• If XPortraits cannot cover the event for any reason (we received less than two completed prepaid requests, very inclement weather, unforeseen out-of-town assignments or other acts of God), then XPortraits will refund your payment in full.
• After XPortraits covers the event, we will post a gallery of 12-18 photos just of your athlete, usually within 2-3 days of the event. Sometimes, but not often, it make take a week or so to post all the galleries.
• Email XPortraits the Photo ID numbers of the 8 or 12 photos that you would like in your pre-paid package.
• If XPortraits does not receive an email with the photo ids within seven calendar days of posting the gallery, then XPortraits will choose for you, process the photos, mail the prints and email the digital files.
