XPortraits' five-n-dimetion

Here's How It Works

1. Any league, school or club sport can earn up to $1,000 by partnering with XPortraits:
   • Earn 5% of the purchase price of any XPortraits Professional Prints up to a maximum of $500 per organization per regular season in exchange for placing a mini-size XPortraits marketing tile (example below) on the home page of the league, school or club's web site.
   • Earn an additional 5% of the purchase price of any XPortraits Pre-Paid Products up to a maximum of $500 per organization per regular season in exchange for placing a standard-size XPortraits marketing tile (example below) on the home page of the league, school or club's web site.
2. To participate, XPortraits asks your organization to do the following:
   • Provide XPortraits photographers field/court access to any games it wishes to cover
   • Place one of the XPortraits Marketing Tile/Links (shown below) on the the home page of your organization's web site where it can be seen without scrolling. The Marketing Tiles randomly pull images from XPortraits Library based on keywords, so the marketing tile will display only your school's or orgranization's athletes.
   • Announce the details of the XPortraits Five-N-Dime Promotion to the teams, athletes and parents in the organization's paper or email newsletters.
3. To sign up for the promotion, please call 415-382-4040 to request XPortraits to mail out a Five-N-Dime Promotion contract.
   • XPortraits carries its own insurance and will hold your organization harmless if one of its photographers is injured while photographing the game from the field/court.
   • XPortraits' contract is non-exclusive which enables your organization to work out any other deals it wishes with other photographers.
   • XPortraits recognizes that no photography firm can cover every game and that parents' needs are best met by choosing the best available photographs from whatever photographers choose to cover the games.
